Almost since the Internet began email has been a hot focus for attackers and has for many years kept email as the number one attack vector. Not necessarily because the technology is bad (although it was never built to be secure from its inception) but because it involves users. The industry as a whole has worked hard to overcome the security shortfall of emails design by adding layers of security to protect users from themselves. Generative AI has moved the landscape forward for the attackers by improving their language, grammar and in any language. While good for the attackers it makes it even more difficult for users to be able to understand good from evil.
This workshop will help you to better understand the threat landscape and show you how you can protect your users and organization from these new advanced threats. Ideally we want to protect but in reality no one person, company or tool can stop everything. So it is equally important to be able to quickly identify and remediate the threat posed to you, your users and your organization.
